About Joe Veteri

Recognized for his passion and knowledge of pop-culture collectibles, Joe is an Overstreet Advisor to the Comic Book Price Guide and founder of the CVA (Comic Verification Authority). He has worked as a consultant and Consignment Specialist at Heritage Auctions - the world largest collectibles auctioneer. Joe was instrumental in starting the trading card gaming category at Heritage Auctions.

About Veteri Productions

Under the Veteri Productions banner, Joe has also helped build a number of exciting collectibles-focused events in the New Jersey area. These events include the popular ToyConNJ and The Wayne NJ Toy Show - which is the longest running collectibles show in New Jersey (has been running continuously for over 35 years). Other Veteri Productions events include Trading Card Expo, The Mall Collectibles Show, Pops, Pins & Patches (a dedicated event for Funko Pops), and the first dedicated comic-art exclusive event - Comic Art Con.

Veteri Productions has also helped organize and execute a number of event experiences for other organizations over the years, including the New Jersey Devils (hand selected by the NJ Devils to plan and organize their 1980’s and 1990’s pop culture nights), Four Horsemen Studios (LegionsCon), and many more.

 

On the E-commerce side, Veteri Productions manages the "Shop VP" store here on VeteriProductions.com, and has also run LegionsShop.com since 2021. As part of these stores and associated live events, Veteri Productions has helped to bring a number of exclusive collectibles into the market from brands including Mythic Legions, Cosmic Legions, Plunderlings, Battletoads, and more.
